Standard items typically ship within 5-7 business days. For custom or made-to-order furniture, please allow 4-6 weeks for artisan crafting and quality inspection before dispatch.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, Woodcraft ships to the contiguous United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international delivery in the near future.

How should I care for my Woodcraft products?

To maintain the natural beauty of the wood, we recommend dusting with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or excessive moisture. We suggest applying a food-safe wood conditioner every 6 months for items like cutting boards and tables.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all standard catalog items. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the item for a full refund. Please note that custom-engraved or bespoke orders are non-refundable.
